Cleaner Reflex Glass

Let's be honest. Clear reflex glass in games can get annoying. Why doesn't the player clean it off a bit to see better??

Changes all of the reflex sights to be cleaner with a bit of smudge left behind to seem more natural (just look at the images, you can tell)

OR you can get the optional file to clear the dirt entirely if you don't give two shits about immersion and just want to see what you aim at.

(dlc not required as dlc weapons use vanilla textures)

-Combat rifle -- Combat Shotgun, Hunting Rifle, Submachine Gun, Double-Barrel Shotgun, Handmade Rifle, Lever-Action Rifle, Plasma Rifle/Pistol Tesla Cannon, Radium Rifle

-Laser Rifle/Pistol -- Laser Musket, Institute Rifle/Pistol (duh)
