Clean Sunshine Tidings

Sunshine Tidings has been cleared of all bushes, trees, trash, debris, most furniture, outhouses, and boulders. Also cleared out the cabins of 99% of the furniture. The magazine was left alone. This is to make this settlement ready to build upon when you are ready too. There are still the ghoul ambushes and radroach ambushes in the houses. Kill all of them like normal. One ghoul looks is floating. This is not fixable. Just shoot him and he'll fall to the ground like normal. I could not remove the ambushes without causing issues with the settlement requirements. There are two versions. One with and one without a safe full of materials by the workshop. Each material has 5000 units. Except for wood and steel. They have 15000 units.

If this mod isn't installed it can cause issues with the ground meshes. I can't figure out why it does this. So I just figured I'd make it a requirement instead.
