Clean RedRocket

I've always liked RedRocket as a settlement concept. I've done a lot of different building types and ideas. But for a smaller settlement it's got a ton of crap laying around. Getting all of it is very time consuming and annoying. So with that I made a mod to cut the time to practically zero. All you have to do is scrap the fan and enamel bucket that's on top of the workshop. And your done. There will be one or two things you might want to scrap yourself. But all the vines, trash, debris, tires, cars, and grass are gone. Plain and simple to execute.

Now I've tried scrap everything and it didn't get everything I wanted it to. And keep in mind I made this for myself. If you like it, cool. If not, thanks for giving it a try. Let me know if you come across any issues. I haven't yet, but that doesn;t mean something won't pop up. I'll see about fixing the issue ASAP. I made a few other settlements clean projects. And some people asked me to do other settlements. As I stated, I know there are other cleaning mods out there. But I never cared for them. So I made this one to abide my OCD when it comes to the settlements. I know how it is to grind for materials. So I put a safe to the right of the workshop with 5000 of all materials, except for steel and wood. Those have 15000 each because they are the major building materials.

If this mod isn't installed it can cause issues with the ground meshes. I can't figure out why it does this. So I just figured I'd make it a requirement instead.
