Classical Radio Restored

NOTICE: If you do not know why the Radio is disabled at some point, DO NOT check the BUGS section. I've moved discussions with Spoilers into there. If you do know why it happens, please do not spoil in the discussions, go to the bugs section instead. I do not want to silence anyone, just to avoid people getting annoyed by a spoiler. I hope you understand.

I don't know what's been the saddest moment in my playthrough, but the loss of the Classical Radio Station tops the list. This is my attempt at bringing it back.

I have not reached a satisfactory solution, so as of now, the "mod" consists simply of a TXT file, place it in Data folder, and use the command "bat ClassicRadio". This will bring it back.

Also, you will be able to use Classical Radio replacer mods now, if you had previously lost the radio.

I include an option file, an ESP made with FO4Edit with "stuff" I found might be relevant to finding a proper solution, though I guess it may not be possible until the GECK/CK. If you manage though, please let me know!
