SEASON 2 CONTEST PLANS - MIDYEAR UPDATE (8/30/20)

Sim Settlements, the main file, Workshop Frame Work, Workshop Plus, and Conqueror were all updated today with new versions.  Because of this, to maintain the utmost integrity of files I provide to you, I have done a new game install, as normal for all these files, for an updated set of files for you.  

Please update all your files to the latest and greatest to have the best possible experience.

Going forward, this will also have the Sim Settlement Nuka World/Conqueror Patch as well to have the 2 integrated better during playthrough.

Required: Sim Settlements 4. 2. 9a+  Workshop Frame Work 2. 0. 3+  Conqueror 4. 2. 9a+  Nuka World Conqueror Patch 4. 2. 9 (in the Conqueror Files section)

Personal Choice comments:

1) Nora (female character) - may do Nate if I find time but by downloads and DM's, Nora is far ahead in choice

2) Pre-War (may do if time allows Vault Elevator)

3) Normal and StartMeUp

4) Starting Level 4 - fully populated

5) Winners only used in the Settlements - Runner Ups in a 2 city competition will be used also.

6) Pre-population - Raiders in Settlements where there are no people or city plans used due to various reasons such as preference and performance.  Quest related at times also.  Cities in relatively close proximity (Tenpines and Outpost) only one is built for performance stability.

7) I have installed almost all of the City Plot Packs and used Designer Choice (see image section) - this is to ensure all Cities are truly built and ready for your arrival.

8) I have also built this at Ultra settings so that it is fully built if you are capable of running this level.  (easy to lower settings than to build what isn't there)

9) This was done so you will not have to do a refresh of the city plan once you install maybe the correct packs.  The personal choice is fully correct - unless there is a pack I decided to exclude due to other reasons.

I hope you truly enjoy these files of Personal Choice.  I also hope you appreciate the hours it takes to make these - from complete wiping out game files, re-install, (no legacy issues) - plus the time to actually run the pre-build.  I build at 60fps, which does take longer to build, but the engine runs at 60fps, so for stability and best chances of great builds.
