In addition to plans from the Sim Settlements 2 City Plan Contests, we also have a large number of plans ported from SS1's City Plan Contests!
All plans included are in esl format so they won't count against your 255 mod limit! This pack includes an installer to help you select which plans you want to install if you decide you'd rather not get them all.

Gnofusnomuss is a wonderfully talented and hard-working member of the Sim Settlements team, she toiled almost single-handedly for many months to port City Plans from SS1 to SS2. These plans have been kept as close as possible to the original design, with a few changes to help them work better with SS2.
- All plans have had at least one Municipal plot added with the default Caravan Services selected as the Designer's Choice plan.
- Plots all have a designer's choice option selected from the core of SS2.
- Junk Storage has been added to ensure enough junk can be stored to pay for the upgrades for players with costs enabled.
To get these converted plans to use your addon pack buildings in addition to the base SS2 plans, go to the City Planner's Desk terminal before launching the City Plan, select Options > Gameplay > Local, and turn off Designer's Choice before running the plan.
