Chinese Officer Katana/Dao
Edits the Chinese Officer Scribe style sword into a more katana/Japanese style sword, or chinese style Dao mainly to use with Cyberout animations but not required.

Known Issues:
The sword has no shock effect on the blade just the target as unsure how to do the shock effect and also personaly prefer it this way.
