📋 About This Mod
Description:
This mod brings a functional new settlement to Fallout 4. Compatible with Sim Settlements and Nuka World (raiders jobs).
Location:
- The settlement is southwest of Hardware Town, north of Coast Guard Pier and east of Westing Estate on a hill.
Features:
- A simple, functional settlement.
- A central location near Diamond City.
- A small story content.
- A legendary weapon.
- Workstations for survival players.
- All objects scrappable.
- 134 x 121 x 50 ft (= foot/feet) to build.
- Randomly attacked (like any other settlement).
- It works for all DLC's, also raiders jobs possible (Nuka World).
- Sim Settlements compatible.
Tips:
- Prepare for an battle.
- You can attract new settlers with a Recruitment Radio Beacon.
- You can assign supply lines to the settlement.
Eastereggs:
- The many beer bottles on the balcony suggests the party that was mentioned in Moeru's Journal.
- The Brutalizer was also an advanced item in League of Legends.
Spoilers:
- To get the legendary weapon check out the Steamer Trunk in the main house.
Behind the scenes:
- Chestnut Hill is a stop on the MBTA Green Line "D" Branch, located off Hammond Street north of Massachusetts Route 9 in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Newton, Massachusetts. The station has two side platforms serving the line's two tracks. Chestnut Hill station is not handicapped accessible.
Issues:
- If the location with the settlement has already been visited / loaded before the installation of the mod, there may be problems with the script. If that happens it is recommended to use a new savegame.
Version 1. 0. 3:
- A locationedge marker has been added so Raiders jobs (Nuka World) working now.
Version 1. 0. 2:
- Because of an overlap with the main quest "Follow Dogmeat to find Kellogg" the Raiders in the settlement has been downgraded.
