Chameleon legendary effect now works when:
sneaking
not moving
not looking at your pip-boy (which has no more messed-up map visuals - yay!)
not looking down your gun OR while using VATS
Power Armor Stealth Field effect now works when:
sneaking
not moving
not looking at your pip-boy (which may turn black/grey - appears to be a vanilla game issue)
not looking down your gun OR while using VATS
The invisibility effects of the Stealth Boy and Railroad Stealth Boy are not altered when looking down the sights or looking at your pip-boy: it seems to me that if you're running one of those you want to be totally unseen, to hell with the side-effects.

Known Bugs:
When in Power Armor, occasionally your pip-boy HUD will show blank - tab out and try again. I'm trying to figure what causes this, though I think it's a vanilla issue.
Inspired by the Chameleon Crosshair Invisibility Fix Using AHK mod and comments from the Long Load Order players. Also advice from kinggath.
