C.E.C.S. - Combat Enhancing Chemical Substances

   Months before the nuclear holocaust that ravaged the world, the United States Military sought to gain the advantage on the front lines with more than just Power Armor, they had found their answer with a particular pharmaceuticals manufacturer by the name of Atlas, who managed to produce chems that would take soldiers beyond their limits to somewhat  "super human" standards.

The military, however, did not worry much about the long-term effects of the use of these chems, and pushed for deployment without sufficient testing. By the time the bombs dropped, these chems were present in both military caches and whatever black market stashes existed at the time.

What was originally supposed to be only a REDUX version of my first mod All-Nighter, is now a chem pack with 7 new chems! These new chems are mostly combat focused, have more significant effects than vanilla ones, but are also more addicting, and their withdrawal effects are also more significant. While using one may give you a huge advantage in combat, getting addiction at the wrong time can put you in a rough spot after the effects are over. It's a gamble, a high-risk high-reward thing, you get it.

As previously stated this mod features 7 new chems, 5 being pre-war made, 2 being post-war made.
