Now, Go to: C:\User\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini and find where you see this line:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, It will be under the header
Change it to look like this: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\,
and save it, Now to prevent Fallout from changing it back, Go to the Fallout4 Main folder, and find Fallout4_Default.ini and repeat the steps above.
