Caladon and Brett77 Spectacle Island Blueprint

Welcome to Caladon and Brett77's Spectacle Island!

This Blueprint is a Transfer Settlements Blueprint that combines three separate blueprints for Spectacle Island into one. Brett77's Beautiful Lake Blueprint and my Marina Blueprint and my Arena and Amphitheater Blueprint.

Brett77's Spectacle Island Blueprint is one of the most Beautiful I have ever seen! ( you can get the original Blueprint here ) It has a Crater Lake in the middle of the Island, with a Clubhouse on the South shore of the Lake and individual stores in its own mini-mall. On the East Shore is a Boardwalk with a Pool Hall, Indoor Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Dock, and a Ferris Wheel! ( I added the Ferris Wheel ) On the Northwest corner of the Island is several individual houses.

The Arena and Amphitheater has a Glass Floor over the Battle Arena for Perfect View of all the action! Separate Powered Doors on the East and West walls of the Battle space for Red and Blue Team Arena Battles and on the North and South walls for Animal Battles. The Doors are controlled from both the VIP Box or the Control Room. The Team Rooms have separately controlled and powered Outside Doors ( So the Assigned Settlers can't walk away lol ). There are four large Cages one Yai Gui, one Deathclaw, one Radscorpian and one Radstag. It is also set up with Singing Settler in the Amphitheater with its own Control Room.

The Marina has a Large Main Building with three floors, Several Docks, three Institute style drawbridges and a Lighthouse. It is also stocked with several different Ships.

Required 7 - Essential, if you don't want these then don't bother with this Blueprint

Recommended 7 - Won't break without these but they do add a lot to the Blueprint.

Compact Crafting - Mini Crafting Benches and Power Armor Station ( For an all-purpose compact crafting station ) Port Royal  ( For the Boats ) Craftable Animated Institute Bridges    ( For the drawbridges ) Solar Panels  ( Without this you will need to repower the Outside powered doors to the Team Rooms as Well as the four Cages )   Singing Settler Workshop Rearranged  ( Not really sure why this is here but TS says it needs it )  OLD WORLD RADIO - BOSTON ( for the flags )
