While building settlement, I would find myself using the console a bunch to add building materials. Other mods have tried to address this, but they weren't exactly what I wanted, so I made this mod.

Description

This mod adds an aid item called Building Materials. When used, it opens a barter menu with building materials so you can buy them anywhere.

Version 1. 1 I added a buy Food/Drinks aid item and a buy Custom Items aid item which can be crafted at a chems station under Utilities. See below for how to use the buy custom items.

Notes: Please Read!!

When using the item, buy the (1 - Buy this item first!) Item and confirm the trade. I encountered a bug, where the first trade you make, your caps are taken but you don't get the items. After the first trade all is fine.

Don't sell to this vendor unless it's items that you never care to see again. When you use the item, the vendor chest is reset every time so that there's always 200 build items to choose from.

Buy Custom Items: 

When using this item, sell one item at a time, and choose amount. When using the item again, that amount will be available to buy everytime.

Remember to confirm trade for only one item at a time! If you sell multiple items at a time, only the first item you sell will be added to the custom vendor list.
