finally broke build anywhere curse with whole build anywhere need godmode. my mod is spawn the workshop and thats it NO GOD MODE NEEDED!!! command is .placeatme 0X0008A0 where x = mod load order number no funky hacks spawn and build
dont know if theres bugs or not all i did was disable ownership flag and quest requirements also i made it a clone of orginal workshop so it doesnt interfere with anything or other mods
