Buffed Laser Weapons

As you get to higher levels (and even in the beginning if the game) the damage of laser weapons is lack luster especially considering that it doesn't get the DR bonus from the rifleman perk.

This mod effectively does a blanket buff to Energy weapons so that they are on par to the now removed modern firearms mod. Enemies and yourself will do far more damage with laser weapons with this mod so be warned. It definitely makes these guns viable for endgame.

This mod was made for personal use, I personally use the customizable difficulty mod so that enemies kill me quick and I kill them quick. I tweaked the difficulty of my game around modern firearms so when i made this mod I attempted to make these guns on par..

More Specifically this mod raises the laser weapons damage to about 326 with normal rifle configuration, 220 ish for full auto and 400 ish for sniper.

I have included an optional file for the institute weapons as i initially forgot them. Neither file needs the other to work, so feel free to just buff the institute ones if you wish. Additionally there is an optional file that adds a new seperate buffed laser weapon to the game. Use player.additem XX000F99 to get it.
