Buffed Bad Weapons (and optional nerfed Creation Club Weapons)

This simple mod does one thing: it buffs some of the worst weapons in Fallout 4 to bring them more in line with the rest of the vanilla game's balancing. Optional file also nerfs some of the ridiculously overpowered Creation Club weapons like the Manwell Rifle and Carbine.

For example:

Why does the submachine gun do pipe gun damage with ammo that's 3x more expensive?

Why does the double barrel shotgun do less base damage that the combat shotgun despite being worse in every other conceivable way?

Why is the flamer absolute garbage?

The mod changes the following weapon's damage values:

Submachine Gun: 13 -> 18

Minigun: 8 -> 14

Flamer: 9 -> 20

Double Barrel Shotgun: 45 -> 60

Pipe Revolver: 24 -> 27

-(Optional) Creation Club-

Manwell Rifle: 90 -> 35 (also fixes the bug where it shoots 2 projectiles instead of 1)

Manwell Carbine 69 -> 33 (also fixes the bug where it shoots 2 projectiles instead of 1)

I tried to only focus on the absolute WORST offenders. Let me know if you think any other weapons should be added to this list.

This mod can be enabled or disabled at any time during a playthrough. ESP flagged as ESL.
