BETTER EQUIPPED:
- Combat Armor troops wear heavy armor variant
- Laser Rifle troops carry fully upgraded rifles
- Minigun troops soldiers carry fully upgraded 50cal miniguns
- Vertibirds have x10 Damage Resistance
INCREASED PRESENCE:
(After the Prydwen arrives & if BOS isn't destroyed)
- Patrols outside Diamond City
- More troops at CPD, Boston Airport & Prydwen
- Soldiers hang out in Dugout Inn & Third Rail
- Soldiers & Scribes hang around DC & GDN marketplaces
