BoS Field Scribe's Hat - urban camo (plus .psd template)

I made this hat for use with Field Scribe Commando armor retexture. I like that mod, but I really don't get the idea of replacing field scribe's hat with a beret. What's the point of wearing a camo uniform, if you put a red or blue beret on and you're easy to spot? And what's wrong with the hat? It's one of my favourite headgear pieces, looks great if you only remove the hood!

I looked for a retexture matching this outfit, but all I found was some recolor made in 3 seconds with paint bucket tool and a mod replacing Moe Cronin's hat.
