Finally a properly functioning Sanctuary Roof Replacement
Tried all available Sanctuary roof replacement/repair mods on NEXUS, and all of them had some sort of issue.
Broken precombines/previs, missing colliders, missing materials, missing material sounds, overlapping geometry.
So I decided to take matters into my own hands.
Loaded all models into Blender, made brand new and much more efficient collider.
Regenerated Pre combined and Pre Visibility data in CK to not break the framerate.Original meshes were only deactivated and hidden in CK and not deleted.
And no NavMesh on the roofs! coz why?! I don't want Mama Murphy run arround the roof!
So it should all work fine now.
