Better Explosives Redux - Shrug That Off Patch increases the damage of both the Missile and the Mini Nuke so the base damage of the retrospective launchers is reasonable without the dependancy of maximum perks to do realistic damage.
This mod requires Better Explosives Redux.
Place after Better Explosives Redux in your load order.
Overhauls the damage of the Missile launcher and the Fatman so enemies don't just shrug off a rocket-propelled explosive payload that is similar to the striking power of light artillery. Take all of the demolition perks and you have mastered thermobaric weapons. Your payloads now use oxygen from the surrounding air to generate a high-temperature explosion that will be even more devasting to "tougher" enemies.
