Recruit Bethany as a Settler. If you assign her to a Surgery Center she becomes a level 4 clinic vendor. (You must have RL_Recruit_Framework installed for this mod to work)
There is no quest to recruit her, you just walk up to her and click recruit, as easy as that. (You must have RL_Recruit_Framework installed for this mod to work)
She is protected status and she works as a level 4 clinic vendor if assigned to a Surgery Center.
You cannot trade items with her as in give her another weapon to use. To trade with her you will need to do the "openactorcontainer 1" console command.
