The Beantown Interiors Project is a staple of many load orders. It breathes new life into otherwise boring areas, giving you plenty of new places to explore and loot.
I love this mod. I have used it for years.
I have a few specific problems with it:
1. There are a lot of typos.
2. I'm not overly fond of the gnomes.
So I did something about it. The main file fixes all the typos, and the optional file is a plugin replacer to remove the Gnomes and associated quest. You can use them together if you like, or just use one or the other.
