There's a lot of items that have barnacles on them that stick around when scrapped with a mod or disabled by the console.
Once there was an ugly barnacle. It was so ugly that I made made a mod to get rid of it. The end.
Removes those annoying barnacles that stick around after you scrap something with a mod.
I got tired of walking around deleting them all with the console and having to submerge myself in radioactive water just to be able to target them.
