AMP GAU-90 Autocannon

The GAU-90 is a massive 30mm-caliber autocannon used by RDA's AMP combat suit. It can fire high explosive, armor-piercing, or incendiary munitions at up to 250 rounds per minute, and has a large underslung bayonet below the barrel for close-quarter melee.

Although primarily designed as a ground attack anti-vehicle/anti-armor weapon, the gun can be used in anti-personnel roles against toughened aliens (such as the Na'vi) and to shoot down slower moving air targets. This versatility of use combined with the rugged frame make it an easy choice for deployment in the harsh Pandoran environment.

The weapon is reminiscent of the mid-20th century Browning "Ma Deuce" . 50 caliber machine gun in its simplicity, lacking advanced optical, laser or other aiming/tracking assistance.

This is a smaller version of the gun and is chambered in . 50 cal and has a detachable drum on the back side of the gun.

The GAU-90 Autocannon does not have any special animations or upgrades, and I will not be making any for it. It is just a basic no frills weapon just the way I like them.

As stated above in red the weapon cannot be improved or changed at the Weapon Workbench, other

than having a legendary effect added to it. The Gun already has the Never Ending Legendary effect on it, so I am

not sure what would happen if you try to add/change the one already on it.

Be warned, the gun is HUGE in first person. I tried to make it so that It is use-able. The gun looks huge in 3rd person too and it is really are meant to be used with power armor

The gun is craft-able at the Chem Bench and has it's own listing, so it should be easy to find.

The mod is flagged as an ESL, so it does not take up any mod slots.
