This adds a workbench and a buildable area with some caravan functionality to Easy City Downs
Adds a workbench and buildable area full of excellent scrap. I recommend you download this mod For better scrap yields. With automatron you can build and assign robots to farm for you here, just like at Grey Garden. Potentially a great way to farm for Vegetable Starch ingredients. Once the GECK comes out I will add human settler functionality. I did the most that's possible with what's known about Fo4edit and I hope you like it.
This mod creates a new settlement without replacing another. I recommend that you also download Cell Reset Patch and Buildable Power Armor Frames because they are the only way to ensure that your containers and power armor don't have problems.
