Automatron - New Robobrain Heads

Adds two new robobrain heads to the game, one that does not fire the Mesmetron attack and one that can shoot an assaultron head laser. Made this mod originally purely because I was bored and wondered, "But what if Robobrain heads fired assaultron head lasers instead of Mesmetron waves?". After some thinking, I decided to make a robobrain head that did not have the annoying Mesmetron Attack.

Unlike mods like No Sentry Bot Overheat and Disable Mesmetron Attack, this one does NOT affect the base game robobrain head, so the Mesmetron attack can still be fired by it.

The old file section now features the main mod and patch that was made as an extention to Automatron Sentry Head Laser if you're interested in colored assaultron head lasers. You can NOT use both the new main file and the old file together. Use must have only ONE enabled at a time.

NOTES ABOUT ROBOBRAIN HEAD WITH HEAD LASER :

• []Like the name implies, this one fires assaultron head lasers instead of the Mesmetron attack.

  []During my testing, I found out that the assaultron head laser can only be fired properly when using only the sentry/space sentry legs and the robobrain treads.

  []The Mr. Handy thruster caused the laser to be fired in a straight line without attempting to aim the laser.

  []Using the assaultron legs caused the laser to either be fired into the sky or in a straight line. Never attempting to be aimed at an enemy.

  []Using the protectron legs caused the laser to be fired below the automatron, under the ground, in a straight line not aimed at an enemy.

  []Due to this, I made it so that this robobrain head would be unequipped if any of these three legs were equipped.

  []This also means that the head will NOT appear if you have either the protectron legs, assaultron legs, or the mr. handy thruster equipped.

  []The glow for when the laser is charging appears in the shape of an assaultron head around the robobrain head.

  []The "Cyclops Helm" does NOT increase the damage of the laser attack if this head is equipped.

  NOTES ABOUT ROBOBRAIN HEAD WITHOUT MESMETRON:

  • []Like the name implies, this one does NOT have the Mesmetron attack.

    []This means you can get the accuracy and engagement range benefits from the robobrain head without the annoying Mesmetron attack.

    []Unlike the head that fires the head laser, this one CAN be equipped onto protectron legs, assaultron legs, or the mr. handy thruster.

    []The "Cyclops Helm" does nothing if this head is equipped.

    COMPATIBILITY

    []If a mod adds custom legs that use either assaultron leg, protectron leg, or handy thruster animations, the head laser will NOT be fired properly and experience one of the issues mentioned above.
