Adds new keywords to NovaFinch's ASh 12.7 Battle Rifle and also adds a new keyword and conversion list unique to the gun so that it can make use of New Calibers while maintaining use of its own ammo.

Only a few conversions since the gun is so unique and also because I'm rusty, but they should be fun to play with.
