Armstrong & Duke are two hirelings who have a rather unique dynamic and an interesting regard towards the rest of the world. You can hire their services for a mere 100 caps and you can also control service features via a holotape contract which you will receive when you first hire them.

-A Duke conversational quest will unlock a custom perk (it ain't gonna be easy though, as he doesn't like strangers!)
All this for the price of a meaningless discarded Nuka Cola bottle.
Cross the bridge between Sanctuary and Red rocket
and you'll spot their camper to the left along the riverbank.
Use NMM or simply drop the files directly
into your Data folder.
I'm currently writing and creating a large quest for these guys, which will revolve around the disappearance of Armstrong's father and Dukes shadowy past.
