Anom's Sunshine Tidings Overhaul

Sunshine Tidings Co-op has always been an interesting place to build a settlement, but, in my eyes, it doesn't do all that much to stand out from most other locations, aside from having a hippie droid floating about. Have you ever stood at the center of the settlement and thought to yourself, "Man, this settlement sure is cool, but what if it had a lake in the middle of it?" I did.

Ever since I really got into settlement building, I would often use mods like Settlement Objects Expansion Pack or Build Your Own Pool to create a lake at the center of the settlement, and then build a shanty town running along the western bank. I thought the location always felt perfect for the concept, like a woodland campground surrounding a small lake.

Then, as I realized how easy it was to mod this game, I decided to try my hand at actually implementing this lake I would always build into the game. I removed the central warehouse, replacing it with a lake that features a small dock and a few sunken rowboats. The terminal and workbench that were previously within this warehouse have since been moved to a new extension built onto the second warehouse. None of the other buildings within the settlement have been moved.

Aside from the cabins, the warehouse, the grain silos and various terrain features, everything within the settlement borders has also been excluded from the PreCombines. This means that if you have a mod like Ultimate Scrap Recipes, you'll be able to scrap nearly every object inside the settlement. Scrapping light fixtures with also now properly remove the lighting.

It is highly recommended that you only install this mod on a new save to avoid any issues.

In order to make sure this mod remains compatible with many other worldspace mods, there are no LOD Files included, so you will need to generate your own for your load order using xLODGen. If you do not know how to do that, check out Luxor8071's LOD Generation Guide, as well as GamerPoet's DynDOLOD Video. I personally recommend using the Far Object LOD Improvement Project for the best results.

Compatibility patches for Lootable Crates, Rebuild Sunshine Tidings, and The Rebuild Collection - AIO are available in the optional files. If you find any other mods that appear to conflict with this mod, let me know, and I'll look into making a patch for it.
