Brings back that one perk we all loved.
Bethesda neglected Shotgun perks and "And Stay Back" (perk that gave shotguns knockdown chance in NV) has been condensed into Sniper perk (tier 2), but: - it requires your weapon to have a SCOPE (ironsights / reflex don't count) - there is a variable called "GetInIronSights" that needs to be true, and I think that means the perk might only work if you are aiming down sights This essentially means it's only really viable with sniper rifles and such.
No more! Both the requirements have been removed so you can blast people away again with shotguns too! Raised chance to 30% since it doesn't seem to be on a per-pellet chance but per-shot (New Vegas was 10% per pellet IIRC).
