When you consider survival mode, settlement building, camping, and realism mods, Fallout 4 can be a pretty immersive experience. But you know what’s not immersive?

Feral ghouls.

They’re advertised as essentially irradiated, zombified humans. But they don’t look like humans, do they? They’re missing something. Now, we can see that female ghoul NPCs have breasts. But somehow they lose them if their brains decay? We’ve seen feral ghouls eat. But then, how do they poop without buttholes?

How do they poop, Bethesda?

This mod corrects this glaring problem and promotes maximum realism and immersion by restoring those missing body parts to all feral ghouls.

In addition to changes to the feral ghoul body mesh and textures, the mod essentially adds new “clothing items” into the ghoul outfits, similar to the way vanilla ghouls wear tattered shirts or dresses. This means that ghouls will spawn randomly with appropriate male or female parts in place. This randomness may create awkward situations with named feral ghouls. You probably should ignore that.

The ghoul skeleton includes cloth objects by default. Some trickery allowed these physics bones to be utilized to provide breast and genital physics (for maximum realism.) Note that this does mean that minor stretching or weirdness may happen with certain ghoul poses or after ragdolling. I apologize in advance for this unavoidable damage to your immersion.
