Oh the previous owner has done much more than that!

Welcome to Amber Apartment!

I call it Amber, because of wall color in the atrium.

They made it impossible to place additional walls in this location. Mods changed that!

It's a good example of what an expierienced person can do using Place Everywhere Mod.

Orginal rusty Home Plate walls are still underneath. I covered them all carefully. It results a very modern looking angular rooms.

This is mostly a subtle mish mash of Settlement Objects Expanded, Creative Clutter and CWSS Redux.

Before importing, use Scrap Everything to strip this location to it's bare walls. Leave only all Three Exit Doors, Workbench and Main Power Source. You can also leave Metal Exit Door Frames. After import process completes, use Extra Object Selection from Place Everywhere (Ins on keyboard) to manually relocate workbench to it's new place (I didn't do that cause they doubled during trial importing).

Update 2. 0

I improved every room in Amber Apartment:

- Atrium got a fully stocked bar

- Bathroom has new decorations and washing machine (built into the wall)

- Kitchen got new decorations too, so as Workshop

- Second floor always lacked a toilet, so i built  a small one in a hallway

- Bedroom has now a custom fireplace, built from SOE walls (my masterpiece), with fire animation
