Adds a 5.56 Automatic Receiver for Nuka World's Handmade Rifle.
This a very minor mod that simply adds a 5. 56 chambered receiver that matches the Powerful Automatic Receiver.
I really like the Handmade Rifle aesthetic and wanted to carry two variants; a Sniper and a Carbine. I didn't like sharing the ammo pool between the two so I figured it would make sense to re-chamber the Carbine for 5. 56 ammunition. It also means better ammo availability if you're not using a mod to make 7. 62 ammunition available in the Commonwealth.
