BodySlide (CBBE) and LooksMenu Presets, made on v1. 10. 163 (if this matter).
I did not check how it will look without the soft requirements, but anyway here they are:
Natasha Face Texture - the skin looks considerably smoother/younger, then any texture I've tried (download the 1st file).
HN66s and XAZOMNs Long EyeLashes for FO4- self explanatory.
HN66s and XAZOMNs Distinctive Teeth for FO4- I think these are the most believable, especially for a young woman.
MiscHairstyle1. 6- external link, if you want the exact same hair.
Glorious Female Nude Mod- this is what I use (clean body and full bush in the FOMOD installer).
Appealing Moles- for that tiny mole above the lips.
FCO - HD Eyes- I like these the most as they aren't overdone.
BodySlide and Outfit Studio and LooksMenu obviously.
