Description: Replaces the military cap with the awesome 1st Recon Beret from New Vegas. I wanted to add the stats to the cap, the +1 Perception and the +5 critical chance but that'll have to wait till the creation kit is released.
Thanks to the military enthusiast's that gave me some advice on the other beret I made. Genuinely made this one better because of it.
