UPDATE - I just posted a new file with a more flexible save, including choice of faction and gender here.
This is my gamesave, sorry if i'm not in your preferred faction. I'm with the institute on this save, although i'm planning on making additional save files to other factions.
Character: Name - Michael Sex - Male Level - 242 Special - Maxed. Perks - All Discluding: bloody mess, rank 4 fortune finder, rank 2 night person and idiot savant All Locations All Magazines All Bobbleheads Campaign Completed (Institute) All Side Quests Completed All Settlements Unlocked All Settlements Provided Proper Resources All Companions (Quests Completed Also)
Main settlement currently is Spectacle Island. All "Valuable misc items" are located inside a safe behind the cupboards in my house on the third floor There are 3 "qasmoke" chests located behind the house (incase you go all out cheating) contains all weapons, armor, and consumables Have fun. :)
This is a complete Fallout 4 gamesave with a level 242 male character named Michael, all quests completed, all locations discovered, all magazines and bobbleheads collected, and all settlements unlocked and resourced. The save is aligned with the Institute faction, and includes qasmoke chests for cheating. It's for players who want a finished game without the grind.
