XE 32 Sniper Rifle

This adds a new OVERPOWERED rifle to the game. The first file to be uploaded is an easy way to get/test it. The next file to be uploaded will be a challenging dungeon for you to have to go through to get it. The Second file will include... - New ammo type specifically made for this gun - Challenging dungeon and or worldspace for you to have to go through to find the gun. - New Perks Related to this gun - Possible Level Cap Increase (30 - 35) - New Texture for this gun Enjoy the gun for now. The gun is in a hollowed out rock outside vault 101. As soon as you walk out of the Vault Area (enter the wasteland) turn left and it is the hollowed out rock in the corner. -----Stats----- XE 32: - DAM : 120 - Clip Rounds : 100 - Spread : 1 - Weight : 10 - Critical Dmg : 40 - Base VATS to-hit chance : 50 Explosive Sniper - DAM : 145 - Clip Rounds : 5 - Spread : 1 - Critical DMG : 40 - Weight : 10 - Base VATS To-Hit Chance : 16 Note : Explosive Sniper Rifle uses a special bullet called . 308 Explosive. 15 rounds are in the hollowed out rock but more can be bought from Moira in Megaton. !!!! Do Not Use The Explosive Rifle!!! I am Having trouble getting the explosion to happen.
