Dad left you in the vault...alone..... Knowing you would follow him.....he left this base for you.... This is a base protected by water, electric fences and armoured turrents. Has a firing range, grow house, medical bay, armoury (with custom weapons silenced), living area/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
