Makes an eventual redemption in the eyes of Wasteland Townsfolk and inhabitants possible, by getting rid of recurring Crime count related dialogue scripts which dont reflex the evolution of the players roleplay efficiently.

Previously named; "Megaton Redemption Dialogue Fix" We are moving to the Wasteland now !
UPDATE: version 1. 3 is out, since i've finally finished checking on all the Wasteland many citizens. Unless a new problem comes to my attention or someone signals a problem in need of a fix to me, this update will most probably be final (At least in terms of this dialogue fix.)
I'm really grateful for the feedback and endorsement i've received so far, it was fairly unexpected, and i'm glad to see this little something i made for my own amusement has been of some use to someone else.
I'm open to suggestions and feedback, and always looking forward to it. Happy hunting!
