In the plethora of anime, and naked pseudo sexual femm-fatales left and right, I wanted to make a more, realistic, grizzled and wasteland grown character. A man who lives by the law of the land. Survival of the fittest. Survival of the strong. Survival of the tactical. I present to you, Tobias Shepard. Wasteland Specialist. He is 100\'s across the board, neutral karma, no missions completed and yes I used console commands to get him there. (Before you cry foul, this character is just for fun, you may modify his stats as you wish.) Tobias is as tough and as grizzled as they come. Highly proficient in hand-to-hand combat, stealth and guerrilla warfare. His weapon loadout his specially catered to his play style. He is also the FIRST male African-American character, to second the Ebony beauty, Shandra the first and only African-American female character (No love interest intended...) Give him a try.
