The Ultimate Arlington House

Home Sweet Home!!

This mod reforms the Arlington house, with lots of changes, and as a long time fun of Old World Blues DLC of the New Vegas and its great "Sink" domicile, I tried to add the same commodities in the Fallout 3 world.

So this mod includes:

Map Marker Added for the Arlington House

Changed walls and floors, creating a lot cleaner and brighter place to live

Lots and Lots of Storage places for all the items, including specific places for all sorts of Guns and clothing and other items

My first infirmary

15 Lab sets in the Basement!

A Mr. Handy Robot (Actually the poor Godfrey has been transferred from the potential Tenpenny Tower suite!)

An indoor pool

Three Converting machines to get rid of most of junk Items in the game! ( A Metal scrapper which transforms metalic objects to the Scrap Metal, A filling machine which converts empty bottles to Purified water bottles, and a book fixer, which transforms worn out books to skill books or Pre-War Books)

Fully Navmeshed

Installation:

Just Unzip the downloaded file, then copy the .esp file to your fallout 3 data directory.

To uninstall it, just delete it from that Folder.

Issues and bugs:

I've used it as my house in the game for about 2 years, and It worked properly for me. I've given it to some of my friends, and they had no issues either. It has worked perfectly with and without FOSE.

Just one of my friends complained about a crash, at the end of the"Take it Back!" quest. She said that although she had installed the "Broken Steel" DLC, after finishing the "Take it Back" Quest her game crashed and she couldn't continue the game with this mod. I've never experienced the same problem myself.
