A nice place to call home in DC ruins and also to make a stand againts zombies ( Zombie apocalypse mod not required but will be fun if u try it) Supermutant,Raiders etc. Oh it haves a nice pantry,which i will left for u to explore. The house is somewhere in Georgetown (Il let u explore a bit come on :D)

x1 Imba fort in the middle of a mutant infested ruins that only the meanest and toughest son of a guns could reach!
