As part of one of Vault-Tec's more elaborately twisted experiments, the ninety-five best clowns living in United States in the 2060's were selected to partake in what was said to be an effort to preserve the country's comic genius through the nuclear fire.
Sadly the mixture of psychoactive drugs with the air supply rendered disastrous results for the population, good jokes became old and stale and the population degenerated into a murderous band of comic horror!
A new piece of head-wear and a new weapon have been added for melee players to enjoy.
