📋 About This Mod
Tenpenny, the richest man in the wasteland and he's got almost no defenses.... Make Tenpenny tower your new home with the best security in the wasteland! Comes with Turrets, Walls, Lighting, Powerful Guards and some weapons!
What this mod includes,
New Security Guards, they have a modified Enclave Armor that lets them stealth and gives them high damage resistance. Guards carry the Annihilator, a edited Infiltrator that shoots . 308 rounds! Nice thick concrete walls, clean outdoor walkway, working fountain and lighting.
Turrets, they are around the perimeter of the base and at the entrance to stop any unwanted guests.
Install with mod manager and overwrite anything when asked, also reset Archive Invalidation and put this last or lowest in load order!
Mod updated 11/4/2015, read change log. The exterior is pretty much complete, enjoy! Interior is next!
There is a key for the armory, find it it's on a character and you'll have to pickpocket it!
