Telluric Progression Coalition Headquarters for Fallout3

This mod adds the abandoned headquarters of the Telluric Progression Coalition outside Springvale. This version is aimed at personal use (ie private vault) and has all the features of the Megaton Apt and more including a personal shop operated by Mr. Robot. The locked entrance can be found between the Springvale school and the fallen bridge. If you continue down towards the water, then you will find a sunken boat with a TPC officer that has the key. Hope you enjoy it!

Place the ESP file inside the Data folder under your root Fallout3 directory. Run the splash screen and click Data Files then add in the tpqhqnoradio.esp. Now you're all ready to play! Follow the directions above to gain access.
