📋 About This Mod

This backpack reduces by one half the apparent carry weight (Wg) of an object. The penalty for this is your Agility is reduced by one point while you are wearing the backpack. There is however, a slight \'armor\' benefit provided by the backpack. The backpack, while not prone to damage, can be repaired using most prewar clothing. Example: The backpack itself weights 4 Wg empty. If you place an item weighing 40 Wg in the backpack, the backpack will then have a Wg of 24. When you pick up the backpack, you will be carrying 16 Wg more than you \'feel\'. The backpack can normally hold up to 100 Wg. It would weigh 54 Wg if full. If the player has the \'Strong Back\' perk, it can hold 200 Wg and would weigh 104 Wg if full. You can actually put as much equipment as you want into the backpack while it is on the ground, you just will not be able to pick it up if it weighs too much. To place items in or get items from the backpack, drop it from your inventory to the ground, then crouch and select it. Add or remove items from the backpack in the normal manner. Stand up to pick up the backpack, it will automatically be worn. (Except the very first time you pick it up.) One of the realistic behaviors of this backpack is that it is always worn while you are carrying it. If you unselect it as a piece of apparel in your inventory, you will soon see that you are wearing it again. And one last thing, this is a spoiler so don\'t read it.. Are you still reading this? Ok here it goes. Just a hint. Three Dog tells you of a Weapons Cache in Hamilton\'s Hideaway.. By the assault rifle in the locked jail cell, NW corner. And you will need the key 3D gave you......
