Added Talon Combat Helmet to all Talon Company Mercs.
Now there are three choices. Talon Mercs just with black Combat Helmet. Talon Mercs with Helmet and Shades. Talon Mercs with Helmet and Goggles. Note: This only works on newly spawned Talons. Any Talons already placed in your game, for example a saved game with Talons standing in front of you will not get the new head gear.
