T-51s Prototype Stealth Power Armor

About:

In concurrent with the enclave's Hellfire armor power armor project, the T-51s Prototype Stealth Power Armor was made as a "proof of concept" of a planned stealth/recon variant of the Advanced power armor Mk II. Using a Stealth boy MK II, the enclave R&D team used a heavily modified T-51b frame and built a armor that could cloak much like the Chinese stealth armor, the user will "cloak" when sneaking. designed for recon and stealthy ops, the armor provides higher stealth and sneaking capabilities at the cost of DR.

Finding it:

The armor can be found in the labs at Raven Rock(level 2). Moreover, if you've have finished that part of the main quest you can find the armor in a footlocker behind the Nuka-Cola machine in Springville.
