Sydney Follower FWE Dialog Fixed

This mod fixes the incompatibility between Sydney Follower and Fallout Wanderer's Edition.
This incompatibility is caused by FWE having two different types of skillbooks, one being the originals, and the others are read.
The original fix compensated for this, however the conditions for the dialog topics were incorrect, in a manner of speaking. This mod actually fixes the conditions.
Installation:
Simply overwrite the original dialog fix file with this one, then activate (if deactivated) in your favorite mod manager.
