added depth and detail to frag mines, added extra color to the red light, and added shine, on the orig it didnt have any at all so i figured hell its metal why not give it a shine?.... put textures folder into fallout3/data copy fragminearchive into archiveinvalidate set your binvalidate to 1 still obviously not the best that can be made but again looks more interesting then the original
